TERMS & CONDITIONS
At Skinfitbysara we want to accommodate all of our clients needs, and at the same time we want to ensure that our clinic operations run smoothly.
We are adding some detail to our T&C’s so we can offer the best possible level of service to all of our clients.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We require 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel your appointment . This will allow us to offer your appointment to another client. This ensures that as a business, we are making the best use of our time and running a seamless operation.
As we respect your time we hope you too can respect ours.
We also understand that occasionally there will be incidents out-with everyones control. We do appreciate this of course.
DEPOSITS
A £50 deposit is payable within 24 hrs of your booking being made (we will hold the slot for 24 hrs). If this policy is not followed then the appointment will be offered to another client. Bookings will only be confirmed when the deposit is received. Deposits will be redeemed on the day of your appointment from your treatment. If you cancel your appointment within 48 hrs, your deposit will be refunded and /or offset against a future booking.
You will lose your deposit if we do not receive 48 hrs notice.
CONSULTATIONS
There is no charge for consultations however, as this is a complimentary service, we require 48 hrs notice to cancel/reschedule .
COURSES
If you have a course booked and have to cancel one of your sessions, we require 48 hrs notice. If we do not receive 48 hrs notice, you will lose one of your treatments from your course.
COMPLIMENTARY TREATMENTS
Complimentary treatments cannot be rescheduled.
LATENESS
If you are going to be late for your appointment please call/test to let us know. We can then confirm if we can accommodate this or not. We do not want to inconvenience other clients so we will have to take this into consideration.
